New members are charged for the rest of your current billing period. When you remove someone, the difference is credited to your next invoice.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and nothing you’ve built is deleted.

Members are people on your team with full access to the workspace, and paid plans are billed per member. Guests are people outside your team, like clients or contractors, who only see the pages you share with them. Guests are always free.

A block is any single piece of content, like a paragraph, a heading, an image, a list item or a record on a board. Views, filters, fields and comments don’t count. On paid plans, blocks are unlimited.

No. The limits on each plan are totals, so Pro gives you 20 GB in total. Everything in Free, plus refers to features. Every feature on Free is also on Pro, with more added on top.

Nothing is deleted or locked. You can still view, edit, share and export what you’ve built. You just can’t add new content until you upgrade or free up space.

An app you built somewhere else, like Lovable, Bolt, Replit or by hand, that Tulvo hosts and connects to your Tulvo data through an API key. Each separate project counts as one app. Updating or redeploying an app doesn’t count again.

Bandwidth is the data your deployed apps send to visitors. 1 GB is roughly 1,000 visits. Pro includes 10 GB and Business includes 25 GB a month for each workspace, shared by all its apps. On Free, 3 GB a month is shared across your whole account. It resets every month.

On Free, apps pause until the monthly reset and show a friendly holding page. On Pro, we email you at 80% and 100%, and apps keep running up to 120% so there’s time to upgrade. On Business, you can add 20 GB for $10 anytime and set a monthly spending cap.
